Project Description
We were tasked by our friends at Topco to design, build, and install all the physical elements of their 2021 Topco Corporate Event in Orlando and also provide on-site management for the entire event. The Topco Corporate Event was a weekend-long event that consisted of two parts: an in-person conference and an exhibition. The event was held at a major convention center and included multiple stages for hosting speaker presentations, product demonstrations, live entertainment, and more. The conference consisted of keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking events. The exhibition also took place at the same venue and was open to attendees for the duration of the event. This portion featured dozens of exhibitors showcasing their products and services to the attendees of the event. The annual event is where all of the company’s VPs, Directors and Managers can meet and discuss the future of their company. This year we handled all the physical elements that were brought to Orlando as a part of this corporate event and served as the main on-site managers for all conference sessions.
